A friend recommended this company back in June of 2023 after my AC went out mid summer (90-100 degree temps). Prior to reaching out I had gotten estimates from 4-5 other HVAC companies which either lied about having to replace my furnace too or quoted me an astronomical amount. Josh and his team took the time to explain the issue and gave me options. They installed my new AC unit fast and the price was very reasonable! Fast forward to July of 2024. I purchased a new home and the AC unit went out. Acclimate was incredibly responsive and had a new unit installed within a day. They informed me my furnace needed to be replaced soon and I trusted their opinion but didn’t have the money to do both at the time. Sure enough, half way into winter, my furnace went out (this is my luck). This happened at 10:00 at night during freezing temperatures. Dustin knew I had a toddler at the house and was at my home until 1am trying to get it working. Ultimately it needed to be replaced. They had it installed next day. These guys are truly the best and have saved me in so many desperate situations!!!
